Dr. Jay is an accomplished Dental surgeon with focus on Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Having earned his BDS degree from an esteemed Gujarat University, India in 2007, Dr Jay pursued his passion for degree in Orthodontics and was ranked 15th in All-India pre-PG entrance examination 2009. He got his MDS in Orthodontics from reputed Aligarh University, India and was recipient of University Gold medal. He has spent 14 years using his knowledge and experience to develop a unique skill set when it comes to Orthodontics and is well-versed with preventive, interceptive and corrective orthodontics. He also has multiple research papers and case reports published in addition to his thesis and dissertation.
Dr. Jay is a NDEB Certified Dentist and has a unique distinction of clearing his all three NDEB equivalency exams in first attempt. He is also a certified Invisalign provider. His professional affiliations include membership of Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), Canadian Dental Association(CDA), Ontario Dental Association(ODA), Indian Orthodontic Society ( IOS) and, World Federation of Orthodontists(WFO) He also is a passionate teacher that has coached hundreds of students who wanted to pursue Post graduation studies through his academy -Achievers MDS Academy. Dr. Jay takes great pride in having the opportunity to enhance the lives of his patients and constantly updates himself with latest innovations and technology in Orthodontics. He is fluent in and can engage with patients in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Outside of work, Dr. Jay loves spending time with his family and is an avid traveler, who loves exploring the world.
